Firestone Complete Auto Care

Dropped car at 10am APPOINTMENT for a tire rotation and wiper blade change. Seems simple, right? Went back at 1:15pm and they hadn’t even started it. Why schedule an appointment if you aren’t going to work on it? NO courtesy call either. Terrible business practice. Really disappointed. Find a different place to help you with car maintenance. Manager is great but service adviser Julien really should have done better.

It was quick and easy. I scheduled an appointment in advance, dropped the car off and picked it up two hours later. Very smooth process. Love the lifetime alignment option! I have it in all of my vehicles.

Had a great experience at Firestone! They were super friendly, got me in and out quickly, and answered all my question. They did a courtesy inspection, explained everything clearly, and even remembered me from my last visit. Great customer service—I’ll definitely be back!

Completely unhappy with the service. When I picked up my vehicle, I wasn't given a receipt or report or verbally told anything about my vehicle. Only thing said was that they'll email my receipt, which they did not do. When I entered my vehicle the driver's edge and floor mat is covered in black shoe scuff marks and shoe prints. This was my first and LAST time I will use Firestone for my vehicle.

I came in to get my tire unmounted. Technicians were very accommodating despite their busy schedule. Got me all taken care of within the timeframe they gave me. The service here was A+ I highly recommend this place if you need automotive help!
